10+ Simple Ways to Make Sure You Actually Eat When You Work From Home
One of the most common struggles among entrepreneurs is remembering to eat throughout the day. You jump right into work in the morning and then get to the end of the day and realize you haven't eaten all day. That you've just been chugging coffee but haven't had anything nourishing.

Today's Permission Slip:
Each episode I give you a permission slip - a reminder to give yourself permission to run your business and live your dream life on your own terms.
Today I want you to start small by making a plan. Plan out your lunches for the next week so you don’t have to think about it. If you can, go ahead and prep the lunches so they are grab-n-go. Make it as easy as possible for yourself.
I give myself permission to make sure I have lunch planned out for every day this week so I can nourish my body throughout the day.
I think you’ll be surprised by how much more energy you have in the afternoon when you give yourself permission to stop and eat a meal.
