10 Tips to Help You Reset When You Can't Focus or Aren't Productive

Earlier this week I was on a call with my Empowered Boss Lab VIPs and they all mentioned how unfocused they felt and how they didn't get as much done in the first part of the call as they wanted to (or usually do).

Obviously we had to talk about that.

So we paused and did a mini-training on how to reset when we can't focus.

Because the truth is, we all have times when we just feel like we can't focus or everything is taking so long to do. Those are the times when you should take a moment to reset.

In this episode of the Burnout-Proof Your Biz Podcast, I'm sharing some of my favorite ways to do just that. To help your mind and body reset so you can get back to your focused, more productive self.

The 10 tips I'm sharing are easy to do, require no money and very little time. And make a huge impact almost immediately.
