Today's Permission Slip:
Each episode I give you a permission slip - a reminder to give yourself permission to run your business and live your dream life on your own terms.
In today’s episode Becca shared how she used a therapist to overcome her guilt about leaving her 9-5. How having that support system, even for a little while, helped her be able to quit her 9-5 and go full force with According to Bbooks.
“I’m a strong believer in investing in yourself to take yourself to the next level.” And I totally agree with her! I’ve shared with you how working with a business coach and working with a therapist have completely changed my business. They are two essential people on my support team!
It’s sometimes hard to let yourself ask for help, to put yourself out there and say “I can’t do it alone” or “I need some direction.” Start by giving yourself permission to think about it. Then give yourself permission to do some research or reach out to a therapists or biz coach. Then, when you’re ready, give yourself permission to hire someone.
Give yourself permission to invest in yourself so you can get to that next level.
I give myself permission to hire a therapist or a coach to help me get to the next level with my business.
