Today's Permission Slip:

Each episode I give you a permission slip - a reminder to give yourself permission to run your business and live your dream life on your own terms.

In today’s episode Hannah and Emily shared their go-to tips for living mindfully and staying connected to who we are first as humans, and then bringing that into our businesses.

So today I want you to get started on taking those pauses to check in with yourself, begin asking yourself what do you need in this moment, and let go of the guilt around days that you miss a day of mindfulness, because we always get another chance.

I give myself permission to pause and do a scan of myself in this moment.

Remember, mindfulness is a practice, that can be done anywhere at anytime, and it doesn’t have to be perfect.
