Moving Forward and Staying Positive with Suzanne Ryan

BURNOUT-PROOF YOUR BUSINESS PODCAST | CHELSEA B FOSTER | WORKFLOW AND PRODUCTIVITY SPECIALIST | STAYING POSITIVE | SHIFT YOUR PERSPECTIVE | PIVOTING

Ever felt like you weren't worthy of success? Or that you weren't going to make it so why even try?

I'm betting the answer is yes - because we ALLLL feel that way at some point.

But you know what? We don't have to get stuck there.

And today, my guest Suzanne Ryan is sharing how she took back control of her story and is now helping other amazing men and women do the same in their lives!

You've seen Suzanne around my instagram before - she's the author of Simply Keto (@simplyketo) and blogger at @ketokarma - and one of my good friends. She’s made a name for herself in the ketogenic and health community over the last several years. It all began when she made a decision to take care of herself first. Since then, she's lost over 120 lbs, walked away from the medical field in order to pursue her passion, and helped thousands of people working toward being their best self every day by helping to “unlock everything in them to change their lives for the better.”

Her positivity and warm energy is infectious and so uplifting! So it's completely understandable how vulnerability with her own personal story to a happy, healthy lifestyle caught the attention and inspired so many people. Just in the past year alone, she's released a best-selling book and appeared on 3 national TV shows, including @livekellyandryan and @dr_oz!

Today she sharing a little bit of that with us and sharing how to keep moving toward success, even when it's hard or we hit obstacles.

Today's Permission Slip:

Each episode I give you a permission slip - a reminder to give yourself permission to run your business and live your dream life on your own terms.

In today’s episode Suzanne and I talked a lot about fears and making big changes and how the best way to move forward is to just take one step. And then another. And then another.

So your permission slip is to take that first step. And then the next and the next. To keep putting one foot in front of the other. Keep doing that and before you know it, you’ll look up and things will have changed.

I give myself permission to take the first step. And then the next and the next.
