Today's Permission Slip:
Each episode I give you a permission slip - a reminder to give yourself permission to run your business and live your dream life on your own terms.
In today’s episode Katherine shared how the key to making money with brand partnerships is to be authentic. Share about products you already know and love and that excitement will shine through for your audience and for the brands.
So today I want you to start making a list of brands you currently use and love. Then start thinking about how you could collaborate with them. What would it look like? How can you make it beneficial for them AND for you? How can you start to cultivate a relationship with that brand so that when you ask to do a collab, they already know you and will be more likely to say yes?
I give myself permission to make a list of brands I currently use and begin thinking about how I could work with them in a collaboration.
Remember, you’ll probably hear a lot of “no”s — but that’s okay. Use all them as a learning experience to grow and make your next pitch even better.
