In today’s episode Laura reminds us that, “Nothing bad will happen to your clients if you take a day off. But something severe might happen to me if I don’t let myself relax and chill for awhile.”
And she’s completely right! We tend to run ourselves until we break, especially as entrepreneurs. And having come through a recent burnout, she knows all to well how important rest is to running your biz well and keeping yourself healthy.
I give myself permission to take time off when I need to rest.
