Today's Permission Slip:
Each episode I give you a permission slip - a reminder to give yourself permission to run your business and live your dream life on your own terms.
In today’s episode Jenna shared a tip for getting perspective and resetting when we feel stale and stagnant in our business: “Put yourself in the position of something new. Put yourself in new environments. Put yourself around new people. Even pick up a new book.”
How simple is that?! It can be as easy as going to a different coffee shop, or working from the couch, or even doing things in a different order today.
Sometimes being okay doing something different or new can be really hard. So today’s permission slip is to give yourself permission to try something new - no matter how small or big.
I give myself permission to experience something new so I can reset, reenergize, and gain some perspective.
