When you allow yourself to get crystal clear about your true desires, you’ll be able to effectively develop goals that align to that, that you feel connected to, and will be easy to achieve because you are already invested in the outcome.

So today I want to encourage you to give yourself space to think and journal about who you want to be, how you want to feel, and how you want to grow in the next year. And I do recommend writing out the answers. It never fails that when I journal about something, what comes out is always different than had I just thought about it.

 

I give myself permission to really explore who I want to BE, how I want to FEEL, and how I want to GROW. 

The answers to these three questions will inform your goals and change how you think about what you want to achieve in the future.
