Overcoming Your Fears and Learning to Rewrite the Stories in Your Head with Tonya Vanderhart
BURNOUT-PROOF YOUR BUSINESS PODCAST | WORKFLOW & PRODUCTIVITY SPECIALIST | MINDSET & LIMITING BELIEFS | JOURNALING FOR GROWTH | REWRITE YOUR STORY
Tonya is a Mindset Coach that works with ambitious female athletes & entrepreneurs to create a mindset for success by overcoming fears and reprogramming limiting beliefs.
One thing I've learned - and more so in the last year than any other year of my life - is that nothing will change unless I put in the work to change it. And a lot of the change has to start with my mindset!
In today's episode she is sharing how to recognize and identify your fears, ask yourself the hard questions, and rewrite the stories we tell ourselves around those fears. One of the best ways to do this is through journaling and Tonya's got a ton of journaling tips and tricks for you - especially if you've never journaled before.

Today's Permission Slip:
Each episode I give you a permission slip - a reminder to give yourself permission to run your business and live your dream life on your own terms.
In today’s episode Tonya talks a lot about how we have to let go and be open to our true thoughts and how we have to be able to ask ourselves the really hard questions that get to the truth of things. I know I’m guilty of creating a perfect version of myself in my head and lying to myself about certain things (we all do it!).
But to truly grow, we need to be able to recognize those imperfections and look them in the eye. And to do that, we have to get real and honest with ourselves. So today’s permission slip is just to start the process. To begin reflecting and asking some of the harder questions.
I give myself permission to reflect and ask myself the hard questions so I can move forward.
Remember to go at your own pace, be gentle with yourself, and trust that the right insights will come out at the perfect time for you to take action on them.
Feel free to download these images and use as your screensaver, print it out and put it on your desk, or even share it on social media. All I ask is that if you share it, you tag me - @chelseabfoster - so I can support you and cheer you on this week!
